You are solely and fully responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with: • The copyright laws of your jurisdiction • The terms of service and policies of the social media platforms you use • The intellectual property rights of content creators and owners SaveVideoDown is a technical tool. Compliance with copyright law is the user's sole responsibility. We disclaim all liability for any infringement that results from user actions.

SaveVideoDown is an independent, third-party service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, licensed by, or officially connected with TikTok, ByteDance, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, X Corp (Twitter), Reddit, Google (YouTube), Douyin, Pinterest, Lemon8, Snapchat, Snap Inc., RedNote (Xiaohongshu), Threads, or any other social media platform or company. All platform names, trademarks, logos, and brand identifiers belong to their respective owners. References to platforms on this site are for descriptive purposes only.

SaveVideoDown is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Service. The Service may be affected by changes made by social media platforms to their APIs or technical infrastructure. We do not guarantee that any particular URL or platform will always be supported. We may add or remove supported platforms at any time without notice. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $10 USD.
