Why Did My Download Link Expire?
Understand why social media download links can expire and how to refresh a public video link safely before downloading again.
Why links expire
Many social platforms generate temporary media URLs. These links can expire after a short time or stop working when the source post changes.
Expired links are normal and do not mean your device is broken.
- Paste the original post URL again and create a fresh download link.
- Avoid sharing temporary media URLs; share the original public post instead.
- If all sources fail, wait a few minutes and try again.
